TASkeno is currently looking for a casual Customer Service Representative / Trainer to join our Operations Centre team.  The successful candidate will join the small, friendly team and contribute to TASkeno’s success by providing exceptional phone-based customer service to TASkeno venues in a helpdesk environment as well as providing Keno operational training to venue staff statewide.

The Operations Centre operates up to 20 hours a day, seven days per week.  Keno venue staff training is conducted in the TASkeno training centres based in Hobart, Launceston and Ulverstone and will occasionally require travel to other regional areas. The successful applicant will be rostered to work a range of shifts covering both day, night and weekend shifts (including public holidays).  Included in the role are fabulous benefits as part of the Federal Group, Tasmania’s largest private company.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A current drivers licence
  • A passion to train and mentor others.
  • Ability to travel statewide
  • Keno knowledge and experience – preferred or the ability to learn
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shift hours of work as per schedule roster – 7 days per week
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • An interest in TASkeno and the gaming industry
