A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced IT Service Desk professional to join Federal Group in the Technology team based in Hobart.

Our brands include Wrest Point Casino in Hobart, Country Club Resort in Launceston, The Henry Jones Art Hotel, the award winning Saffire luxury lodge, MACq 01 hotel, Vantage and Cope Sensitive Freight.

Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader you will focus on delivering outstanding first level ICT support across the Federal Group.. Coming on-board with us provides you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a large, dynamic corporate environment, where you will support Federal Group's diverse portfolio of businesses.

We ask you to bring capability and experience in:

• a similar role, preferably in a large and/or complex organisation
• the Microsoft suite of products (Active Directory, Exchange, Office365) and MS System Centre Suite of products (desirable)
• information technology client support issues
• building strong positive professional relationships with team members, internal and external stakeholders
• applying high level communication, interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
• developing and maintaining effective documentation of support processes, procedures and work instructions
