What you can expect in a day in this role: 

As a full time Chef De Partie, you will provide leadership and supervision across daily operations whilst demonstrating commitment and dedication to excellence.

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience in a similar setting
• A passion for working with high-quality ingredients to create exceptional dishes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a busy team
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
