As our Learning & Development Partner, you’ll play a key role in helping others grow their careers while taking your own to the next level. With a focus on professional development and continuous learning, we’ll be with you every step of the way. 

What does this role involve? 

Reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging learning solutions that empower our teams and support Federal Group’s strategic goals. Working closely with our People & Culture team and operational leaders, your initiatives will include: 

  • Designing and delivering effective onboarding and induction programs 

  • Developing career pathways to inspire professional growth and enhance retention 

  • Implementing solutions aligning with our Capability Framework

What will you bring to the team? 

This role suits someone who loves working through challenges to find practical solutions that balance the needs of the workforce and the business, creating real and measurable impact. 

You’ll enjoy building strong relationships with stakeholders and getting stuck into the design and delivery of learning programs. If you’re collaborative, creative, and ready to make a difference, this could be the role for you! 

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience: 

  • Relevant experience in learning and development with expertise in training needs analysis, program design, and delivery 

  • Passion for fostering leadership, mentoring, and career growth initiatives 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively 

  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring program success and identifying areas for improvement 

  • Proactive and adaptable mindset

  • Certificate IV in Training & Education (desirable)
