What you can expect in a day in this role:

You will enjoy flexibility and variety in your workday by supporting our Front Office team. This includes meeting, greeting, and escorting guests, assisting with luggage, valet parking, vehicle, and guest transfers. With each interaction, you’ll have the opportunity to provide memorable experiences and promote our wonderful property and beautiful state. 

What you will bring to the role:

• Australian unrestricted driver’s licence
• Strong verbal communication and guest service skills that create memorable experiences for a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders
• Confidence in providing current information about in-house facilities, local events, and attractions - full training will be provided  
• Ability to acquire PPV (Tasmanian Public Passenger Vehicle Licence/Ancillary Certificate)

 An appointee to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
