We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee our Gaming Food and Beverage outlets.  This role is responsible for executing the strategic vision and direction of the Watergarden Restaurant & Café, Watergarden Bar and Casino Bar.  As a results driven hospitality leader with a commercial mindset you will strive for operational excellence through fostering a high performing culture creating exceptional customer experiences. 

This role would be well suited to an individual who has had previous experience in managing teams across busy environments such as bistro, bars and gaming; or a professional Hotel Duty Manager wanting to take the next step in their career.

About the role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gaming precinct's services, and deliver exceptional integrated customer experiences.
  • Build effective teams through the implementation of employee development strategies, building team capability and enhancing business performance.
  • Manage and deliver to strict financial budgetary requirements.

About you:

  • Positive, collaborative leader, fostering team engagement and empowerment.
  • Innovative thinker, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Exceptional communication, administration, and time management skills.
  • A self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated alignment to the Federal Group Principles.
  • Thorough working knowledge of relevant liquor and gaming legislation.
  • Current gaming licence or willingness to obtain.
