Opportunity to step up into a supervisory role with Tasmania’s biggest tourism and hospitality employer.

Here at Wrest Point, we are not just undergoing a renovation, we are in the midst of a complete rebuild where no expense is being spared in creating ‘Birdie’, what will soon become Tasmania’s most exciting cocktail bar and ‘Longhorn’, which will be a brand-new premier steakhouse like no other.  And to help us make these venues the success we know they will be, we need the very best of the best out there in the hospitality world to help us supervise and run the brand-new venues.

I’ll admit it, we are REALLY excited about the opening of our new venues, and it is our belief that if you share our excitement and you have the drive and motivation to do great things, we can teach you the rest.  Therefore, as we look to fill our supervisor vacancies, we are not only seeking applications from experienced hospitality supervisors, we are also accepting applications from experienced individuals from within the industry who believe they are ready to take the next step in their career into a supervisory role.

• You have worked within the hospitality industry for at least 5 years.
• You are currently a supervisor within the hospitality industry OR when your supervisor isn’t around, you cover their role.
• You secretly wish your supervisor\manager would resign so you could take their role permanently.
• You are excited about developing your career in hospitality and often look for ways to learn new things.
• You are as motivated as we are about working at a venue known for its truly spectacular and innovative customer service.
